1. Who we are
Tamale North Online ("we", "us") operates this website for the Tamale North Constituency party organisation. You can reach us through the Contact page.
2. Information we collect
- Membership data: your name, email, phone number, community, address, occupation, optional date of birth, your passport-size photograph, your 10-digit Voter ID number, polling unit and the position you hold.
- Donation data: your name, email, phone number and the amount paid. Payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card or mobile-money PIN details.
- Messages: anything you send through the contact form or event registration forms.
- Technical data: IP address (for security and rate limiting) and essential cookies.
3. How we use it
To process membership applications, issue and verify membership cards, communicate about party activities, process and record donations, answer enquiries, and keep the website secure.
4. Member directory and card verification
Your details appear in the member directory only if you opt in. The public card-verification page shows only your name, membership number, status and card validity.
5. Storage and protection
Data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed, member photographs are kept outside the public web folders, and access is limited to authorised officers. Records are kept for as long as you remain a member or as required by law.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies (for login sessions and form security). We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw from the directory, by logging in to update your profile or by contacting us.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above will change when we do.
